I know this journey well. For years, I felt completely unsafe in the world, with my vision clouded by avidya maya — the self-delusion of not seeing myself clearly and being defined solely by external relationships. I had no idea that I was highly sensitive, that nothing was inherently wrong with me, but rather that everything was wrong with the systems and societal conditioning surrounding me.
For so long, I struggled to find clarity and balance. It wasn’t until I rooted myself in practices that honoured emotional expression, stabilised my body and mind, and reconnected me to my dharmic lineage that I began to truly transform.
Through a combination of yoga sadhana, creative embodiment, and ancient Vedic rituals, I discovered the resources to heal myself, align with my purpose, and root deeply into my vision.
